If I have an emergency, can you help me?+

I have a leak through my ceiling only when I use my shower. What's wrong?+
Check for loose tile or missing grout first; water can seep through unexpected places. Before any major tile repair, a series of tests should be done in a specific order to find a plumbing problem or rule plumbing out. We know those tests and how to run them efficiently. Don't live with a drip.
Should my boiler be serviced every year?+
Yes. Your boiler's safety controls should be checked at the start of every heating season. A little preventive maintenance goes a long way, and our step-by-step diagnostic checkup is important to the life and safety of your system.
Why do my steam pipes bang when the heat comes on?+
Usually a steam line is holding water, and the clash between hot steam and cool water makes a loud, violent bang. Piping near the boiler that was installed wrong can also cause banging elsewhere in the house. We check the whole system to find the root cause without costing you more than needed.
