Darren is a fourth-generation New York City master plumber with over 38 years of plumbing, heating and sprinkler experience. He's a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

He's an active member of the New York City Master Plumbers Association and serves on its board of directors. Raised with a strong work ethic, he's carried on his family's legacy and built the business on honesty, reliability and excellent customer service.

A fourth-generation New York City master plumber, Paul has worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 34 years.

He carries on his family's legacy of honesty, reliability and excellent service. From the smallest repair to the largest plumbing, heating or sprinkler project, he's ready to serve with pride.

Bill has been with Kew Forest for over 42 years. He estimates large commercial and residential jobs across New York City, with detailed, specialized knowledge of the residential and commercial plumbing industry.

Sharon has been part of the Kew Forest team since 2001 and has over 30 years of customer service experience. She started as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to Office Manager and Bookkeeper.

She oversees the office staff, payables and receivables, benefits, banking, HR and payroll, handles larger accounts and certified payroll invoicing, and backs up customer service and scheduling.

Michelle has over 21 years of customer service experience, more than 18 of them in plumbing, and has been with Kew Forest for almost 10 years. She schedules service work and organizes annual RPZ testing and boiler inspections.

As our Department of Buildings liaison, she handles job filings, inspections and permits for new construction, renovations and conversions, and works with the NYC DEP on cross-connection and water meter permits.

Wendy has over 10 years of customer service experience and joined Kew Forest in early 2020. She handles accounts receivable, answers calls, schedules jobs and organizes service calls and paperwork for Local Law 152 gas pipe inspections.

Wendy is bilingual and a great help to our Spanish-speaking clients.
